Staff members KC and TT did not complete the emergency preparedness training as approved by the department within three months of hire. Staff members KC and TT did not have varication of a current food handlers card at the time of the visit. According to MERIT staff member KC has worked for the YMCA since 8/2021 and program director RS has worked for the YMCA since 2/21 and they have no verification that they have completed the emergency preparedness training as approved by the department. Staff member KC did not have verification of current CPR/first aid training.
